SISM at the Art Center – “What art does to us”

The Châteauvert Contemporary Art Center opens its doors as part of the SISM for a day dedicated to the links between artistic creation and mental health. Through artists’ testimonies, young people, residents and patients, this day will highlight the way in which artistic practices promote expression, well-being, inclusion and recovery.
In the program :
• 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. : a guided tour of the exhibition, in double voice, with a mediator and sophrologist Sabine Ghys who will bring a sensory and meditative dimension. This proposal is free but requires registration at 07 81 02 04 66 or by email cacc@caprovenceverte.fr
• 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. : restitution of the Artistic and Cultural Education residency (EAC) with Agnès de la Roncière, visual artist, having intervened on the Provence verte Campus (Agricultural high school of Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume)
• 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. : participatory menu “I remember” offered by the integration restaurant Les Couverts d’Argens
• 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. : meetings “What art does to us ? '' around the theme Art & Health, with artists, des habitants et des patients ayant participé à des projets artistiques
• 16h00 à 17h00 : restitution de la résidence des artistes Gethan and Myles avec les patients de l’Hôpital de Jour Adolescents d’EPSY VAR, dans le cadre du dispositif Culture-Santé

Lunch (12p.m. to 2:30 p.m.) : specific rate of 16 €, only by reservation with the restaurant Les Couverts d’Argens (07 61 62 18 40).
