Sunday in the countryside

As part of his personal exhibition “wild habitats”, Léna Durr proposes a day where the practice of yoga will be put into interaction with Sandrine Locust and his artistic practice. If yoga brings a large number of physical benefits, it also helps reduce stress and is an invitation to listen to your body and mind. The inhabitants of the light habitats that Léna Durr called wild habitats have challenged the notion of habitats and the consumer society in which we live. They are also regular yoga practitioners.

in parrallèle, the movie directed by Julien Bourgain as part of his residency in July 2022, residence set up as part of the ART-O-RAMA South Region Prize, will be projected all day in the studio of the art center. Julien Bourgain will also be available to interact with visitors..

Sandrine Dulon discovered yoga about fifteen years ago and has been teaching it ever since. 6 years in Hyères and its surroundings, she transmits the Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha Yoga.
