Forbidden Mine – Escape Game at the Gueules Rouges Museum

Will you manage to get out of the forbidden mine ?

A legend says that in the heart of the mine hides the purest ore ever exploited. But access is restricted..

Do you dare to brave the danger, discover the secret passage and find the vein in order to save the future of the mine and the miners ?

The Escape Game at the Musée des Gueules Rouges welcomes groups of 3 to 6 people from 11 February to 16 April, according to the following opening days :

Off holidays :

• Wednesday : 14h30 – 16h00
• Saturday : 14a.m. – 4 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.
• Sunday : 14h30 – 16h00

During holidays (all areas) :

• Wednesday : 14h30 – 16h00
• THURSDAY : 14h30 – 16h00
• Friday : 14a.m. – 4 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.
• Saturday : 14a.m. – 4 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.
• Sunday : 14h30 – 16h00

Fee :

• 12€ per person
• 8€ per person for children under 14 years old.

The Escape Game is not suitable for children under 7 years old.

An Escape Game designed by a team of local professionals

For the design of this Escape Game, the Gueules Rouges museum has partnered with Secret Door.

Based for more than 10 years in Brignoles, the creators of Secret Door have, in close collaboration with the museum team, fully imagined the story, the puzzles and all the mechanisms present in the “Forbidden Mine” room.

Regarding the design of the scenario and the choice of props, emphasis was placed on realism : without revealing anything from inside the room, participants will be led to walk through an environment familiar to minors and to handle objects that could have been in the hands of an authentic Gueule Rouge. All while equipped, like a minor, a helmet and a headlamp.

Several months of preparation were necessary in order to offer players an unprecedented immersive experience within the Musée des Gueules Rouges.
