What is linocut ? It's one of the printing techniques, which consists in digging a sheet of linoleum by means of gouges. Once engraved the plate is inked. Then, the plate and the sheet of paper are passed through a press to deposit the ink. One plate can be used to print several sheets.

This technique is one of the easiest to start engraving. It allows to obtain satisfactory results quickly.
