Time for a trip through the Var landscapes , the documentary Varlifornia Dreamin follows the musicians of the groups Apache Moon and Hal Manhar looking for california, in a quest halfway between the real and the imaginary, testimony to their fascination for this region of the United States. The aesthetics and offbeat tone of the documentary invite viewers to get involved in this road-trip, and to share their fantasies and questions.

With the ambition to reveal the similarities between these two geographically distant territories but close by their belonging to the Mediterranean domain and to question the American influence in our lifestyles.
