Culinary workshop

4€Culinary presentation workshop, confection et dégustation de cannoli avec l’association “Les ateliers culinaires de Géraldine”.
The cannolo is a Sicilian pastry made of a fried dough crust in the shape of a tube filled with a ricotta-based cream.
For this workshop the tubes of dough will already be made, Géraldine de l’association “Les ateliers culinaires de Géraldine” réalisera avec le public une crème à la ricotta, with candied orange peel and chocolate and a ricotta cream with pistachio. The tubes of pasta will be stuffed before finalizing the pastries.
Finally, the public will be able to taste these sweets immediately.
