The visit to the mine is provided in French. Des audioguides sont disponibles en anglais\, allemand et italien  \nLes animaux ne sont pas admis dans le musée\, with the exception of guide dogs. \nLe musée est fermé du 16/12 to 1/02 and 1/05\, 1/11 and 11/11. \n\n   Visits of the mine are only at fixed times and accompanied by the museum guide. The duration of the visit is 45 minutes approx. \nLanguages spoken : English & French. The guided tour is in French. Audioguides are available in English\, German\, & Italian. \nThe temperature in the mine is about 10°C in winter and 20°C in summer. \nAnimals are not allowed in the museum\, with the exception of guide dogs. \nThe museum is closed from 16/12 to 1/02 and 1/05\, 1/11 and 11/11.
